Utah Foreclosure Prevention Taskforce
It became apparent when the Housing Education Coalition of Utah (HECU) was working on becoming united in educational curriculm state wide that foreclosures in Utah needed attention. A work group was established and it was decided to form a taskforce to get ahead of the situation. Many states did not get onboard early enough to address the issue of foreclosures in their state. Utah seems to behind the curve on many national trends and we are thankful to learn from other states.
